Development and Application of Evaluation and Diagnostic System of Wind Power Generator Set 12010-12-15
At present, basic operation mode of wind power farm maintenance by wind power industry is patrol inspection + routine inspection + maintenance after wind power turbine generator failure. This operation mode has the following problems:
1) During the operation process of generator set, failure can only be discovered after it occurs and maintenance measures can only be taken to the wind power turbine generator set accordingly, which results in the owner’s great quantity of generation capacity losses and the reduced availability of generator set.
2) Solving efficiency of on-site wind power turbine generator failures is closely related to the experience and technical level of the on-site maintenance personnel, which results in the uneven on-site maintenance capability and the lack of unified standards;
3) The site lacks the record of operation conditions of wind power turbine generator and the detailed record of maintenance conditions, failure conditions and part replacement conditions of wind power turbine generator, which brings difficulties to the follow-up maintenance work;
4) Operational status of wind power turbine generator cannot be analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, which cannot effectively guide the repair and carry out the maintenance work;
5) Wind power scada system has been operated for years and stored a large amount of operation data of wind power turbine generator, but these data is not effectively used to guide our operation and maintenance work.
For the problems existing in the current maintenance work of wind power farm, can we take some new operation and maintenance strategies or methods to reduce and even avoid the currently existing problems? The answer is Yes! We can appropriately optimize the current operation and maintenance mode and use patrol inspection + routine inspection + evaluation and repair of wind power turbine generator as the new operation and management mode of our wind power farm, which to some extent avoids these problems existing in the current operation and maintenance process and strengthens the capacity of this mode in the continuous improvement process. “Evaluation and repair of wind power turbine generator” mainly means to use “operation evaluation and diagnostic system of wind power turbine generator set” to evaluate the overall operation conditions of the wind power turbine generator first before the routine inspection of the generator set or during the routine operation and maintenance process of wind power turbine generator, find out the problems that may exist during the operation process of the wind power turbine generator, carry out pointed repair and prior failure debugging of the generator set, and eliminate the failures and problems of the wind power turbine generator that may exist in the bud.
