1、Recruitment
Aeolus considers human resource is the integral elements of organizational resources, therefore, we
respect each individual’s creativity. We treat our employees in a rational way and create chances for
personal development.Based on different functions, human resource is categorized into three types:
decision-makers, executives (operation and management level) and researchersPositions of the first
type are open for everyone. Selection criteria are knowledge structure and experience of the industry.
Second type of recruitment will target more on practitioners in the industry. Besides knowledge
acquired, creativity is an important trait to look for. Overseas branches and JVs will recruit local labor
force. Researchers will be hired from design institutions, universities and professionals in other relevant
areas.
2、Training
We provide regular and continuous training to our employees at all levels so to improve their expertise
and professionalism. We conduct both in-company (knowledge focused) and external trainings (skill
focused). For researchers, either in-company or external training is more appropriate will depend on
the training needs and goals. Management team and junior level staff will receive more in-company
trainings.
3、Performance Management
We have a comprehensive performance review system which identifies processes, roles and
responsibilities and standards for each department. Performance targets will be quantitatively assessed
and linked with every employee’s benefits. By conducting the review, we will terminate employment of
people who fall into the range of last 5-10%.
4、Options Plan
To motivate our employees and have a feeling of ownership, we have option incentive plans.
